Lamb Stew Meat
My go to protein for quick one pot meals or kabobs on the grill. They are premium cuts from the leg that sear quick and perfect for quick meal. I usually start with these in a cast iron wok and then add mushrooms and season to taste. Then if you like you can add beans or diced cooked potatoes or whatever else you can throw together. I call it surprise because I don’t know where I am going, but I know I am starting with these awesome chunks of lamb stew meat.
