How much does it cost to ship my meat order?
All orders over $50 and in areas with 2 day or less shipping will be UPS Ground $30
All orders over $50 and 3-4 day shipping will have to be UPS air. Estimate to most places will be $85 but will vary depending upon location.
Can be picked up in Livingston, TN for free.
When will my meat ship?
We will ship orders on Monday, Tuesday unless otherwise noted. We need to avoid possible weekend delays to ensure that you receive our products in good condition.
How is my order kept cold?
We ship our meat products frozen directly from our farm using EPS molded Styrofoam coolers or equivalent and coolant to ensure your meat arrives in good condition.
What should I do if there’s an issue?
West Fork Farms stand behind our products and if you do not receive your order in a timely manner or the meat has thawed, please contact robert.walker@westforkfarms.com within 24 hours of delivery.
In order for a full refund in the form of store credit to be issued we will need the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Photograph of the pachaging including photograph of shipping labels
- Photograph of meat with a timestamp
We will review each inquiry on an individual basis and grant a credit or replacement if a mistake has been made. We hope this never happens, but if you do need to file a claim please reach out to us.
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
