- 1 lb West Fork Farms Ground Lamb
- 1/2 each Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 each Egg
- 2 each Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 20 each Bacon Slices
- 1 cup Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT bacon & BBQ sauce in mixing bowl. Take a ice cube tray and lay the bacon across the tray and overlap 1/4" or so all the way down the length of tray. Put meat mixture down in the indention for cubes. Then take the bacon and cross back over the top of meat mixture.
Turn over onto a cooking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and brush on BBQ Sauce, and back to oven for 10 more minutes.
