The price is per lamb for a whole processed lamb not cut into individual cuts. Weights will vary based on size of lamb. They will average 55-75 usually. If you are looking for a particular size, please contact us in advance. The whole lamb isn’t something that is in stock due to cooler space, but can be ordered and usually ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks. Processing times vary.
